L'emplacement est vraiment merveilleux – vous pouvez prendre de très belles photos directement depuis votre balcon. Le service n'était pas très bon. il était difficile de trouver un membre du personnel dans les environs. Le gars au téléphone n'était pas du tout agréable. Les photos sur Booking.com sont exagérées – en réalité, les chambres sont beaucoup plus petites, et le gros inconvénient pour moi était que l'intimité du jacuzzi "privé" sur le balcon n'était pas si privée. Il n'y a pas de murs séparant les balcons et il est assez facile pour les personnes au-dessus de vous de voir ce qui se passe dans votre jacuzzi. Il y avait un auvent automatique – bien sûr, mais ce n'était pas suffisant pour vous cacher complètement. Gardez cela à l'esprit lors de la sélection de cet hôtel.
Les chambres étaient uniques et antiques. Surtout spacieux. La vue de notre chambre était absolument magnifique. Il faut payer pour se garer. Il n'y avait pas de climatisation. La douche était extrêmement petite. Le petit déjeuner était très peu varié et il était difficile de trouver un membre du personnel. Les membres du personnel étaient très gentils mais dans l'ensemble.
Surronding area is nice and peaceful. The sound of river is a bit scary at first but then makes you feel calm when you know what it is. Breakfasts were great. Without a car is not recommended. There are many rules, check the photos to see some examples.
The rooms were quite unique, with a lot of mixed finishes throughout — a bit more design consistency would have helped the refurbishment feel more tasteful. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for me. Not very clean and weird beds where you fall in between. What did surprise me, however, was the list of house rules. The hotel seems to disclaim responsibility for anything that might go wrong, even issues related to the age of the building, such as plumbing problems — which feels unreasonable. Also, the mention of “excessive pollution of the room” is vague and unclear. What exactly does that mean? 😅 paying for parking - why you just don't include into the price of the room ? Why we have to go thru a weird website that is hard to use and lose our time to do something that should be easier done from the beginning. Also if you do not read the rules is a fee - which not sure who of us read them in the hotels. Is the first time cuz we were looking for some food delivery 😅 Switzerland should give better service for the prices they ask.
The hotel is very cute and it is located in a very pretty village. The whole point if this hotel is the private jacuzzi on the balcony with a view to the mountains. The room I stayed was very simple and did not have a toilet, only a shower and a sink. The toilet was shared and in the common area.
