L’empathie et la nature aimante de la femme qui nous a aidé étaient exactement ce dont nous avions besoin dans un moment aussi difficile. Cela a rendu l’expérience un peu plus supportable et nous tenons à la remercier encore sincèrement pour cela. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que Léon puisse rester dans son panier jusqu'à la crémation. Plus tard, nous avons récupéré l'urne et son panier. Cette approche réfléchie était très réconfortante.

With heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Tachango on November 4, 2025. It was clear to us that we wanted Tachango back home. After only two days, on the morning of November 6, 2025, we received the wonderful news that our Tachango could come home. We went to Kirchberg to pick him up that same day. With great sensitivity and a genuine love for their work, we were able to hold him in our arms again. Even the small token of comfort, forget-me-not flower seeds, gives us solace and is very much appreciated. We are very grateful for the prompt and caring support our Tachango received.
