J'ai réservé plusieurs fois via Kuoni et j'ai toujours été très satisfait du rapport qualité/prix. Peu importe qui vous sert, ils répondent toujours à vos besoins. Si vous souhaitez vous détendre et ne vous soucier de rien pendant vos vacances, réservez avec Kuoni !

I spent 10 days in Fuerteventura with Kuoni over Christmas and New Year. Flights and hotel booked through Kuoni. The price was 3,500. I consider that high, but I'm happy to pay that price if the price-performance ratio is right. It started with a 3.5-hour transfer from the airport to the hotel in a dingy, dirty bus! Normal travel time is 1 hour. When I arrived at the hotel room, the bathroom smelled of sewage. Kuoni & DER weren't able to organize an alternative hotel room within 2 days! Kuoni/DER said: I could book and pay for a hotel myself, then they could see if they could refund anything at the end. When I then booked a room myself for one night at another hotel and asked Kuoni to continue booking for the rest of my vacation, they managed to deregister me from the old hotel but not register me in the new one. So I didn't have a hotel room over New Year's Eve. That's what you call incompetence! When I wanted to postpone my kitesurfing curse for two days, I contacted Kuoni/DER. After 24 hours of checking, I was told it wasn't possible. So I contacted Edelweiss Airlines directly, and within five minutes, customer service postponed the flight for two days free of charge. When I returned, I reported it to the travel agency. Of course, we had to submit this in writing; there's no such thing as a conversation with competent people! A little later, all I got were lame excuses. Of course, Kuoni/DER didn't contribute to the additional costs. Conclusion: Never again with Kuoni/DER! Tip: It's better to contact a competent travel agency or book it yourself.
