Je suis allée louer des skis avec ma mère le 28 janvier. Une jeune femme nous a aidé. Elle m'a donné beaucoup de conseils et était très sympathique et serviable. Excellent service. Pourriez-vous peut-être me dire le nom de cette femme ? Elle a les cheveux blonds, porte des lunettes et travaille au département de ski. Si c'est possible, merci beaucoup.
On December 19th, 2025, I bought new Asics running shoes and new swimming goggles. I received excellent advice from your trainee employee (whose name I've forgotten). Very friendly, proactive, and helpful customer service and advice in Langenthal! Excellent ski fitting and seasonal rental service with great equipment! They even offered to exchange the ski boots during the winter season if our daughter's feet outgrew them. Thank you so much!
