Aujourd'hui, nous avons reçu notre pare-feu pour le poêle à bois. Excellent travail 👍, conseils au top 👍, toujours très sympathique et arrangeant 👍. Nous pouvons recommander de tout cœur Kocher. La famille Schaller Dotzigen
J'avais une brique réfractaire cassée dont les bords n'étaient pas tout à fait carrés. M. Kocher a fait un excellent travail en le reproduisant pour moi. Il s'adapte parfaitement au four. Le prix est également très bon. Je reviendrai certainement si j'ai un autre problème :)
La qualité des matériaux est très bonne et le travail est bien réalisé. Cependant, j'ai eu un petit problème avec les dégâts et il a été difficile d'en discuter avec eux concernant la réclamation d'assurance. Il était important de se mettre d’accord avec eux sur qui paierait en cas de dommage. (L'affaire a finalement été résolue.)
Kocher installed a soapstone stove in our home. Mr. Kocher and his employee were very friendly and helpful. The product and value for money are excellent! This company is 100% convincing.
