Un service client vraiment sympa, en particulier une fille nommée Helen, était très sympathique et nous a aidés (moi et ma femme), elle est allée encore plus loin pour chercher dans d'autres succursales, dans lesquelles nous avons réussi. J'ai recommandé aux gens d'y aller.

I went to the store three times to buy shoes, as I had a short lunch break and needed to be quick. The first two times, there was no one in the store. I looked around but didn't find anyone. So I left shortly after. The third time, I really needed the shoes, so I walked through the entire store and found several sales assistants chatting away in the children's department. I approached a young woman who snapped at me with "What is it?" When I asked her what shoes I was looking for, she replied, "This is the children's department." She reluctantly pointed out the 70% and 50% off sale items and finally showed me where the shoes I was looking for were. I quickly found the shoes I wanted, but they were on the top shelf, so I had to ask for the sales assistant again, who was already on her way back. She then, with considerable annoyance, got a stool and handed me the shoes. When I asked where I could pay, even though I was wearing the exact same shoes in worn condition, she snapped at me, asking if I didn't want to try them on first. I didn't, since I knew they would fit. At the checkout, I paid for the shoes and asked to have my old ones disposed of. The response was that I could throw them in the trash can outside. I bought my first pair of shoes at Dosenbach in Basel, and the customer service was the complete opposite. There, you're greeted warmly, asked if you need any help, and the saleswoman asked me if I wanted her to pack up my old shoes or if I wanted to dispose of them myself. That was the one and last time I bought shoes at Dosenbach in the Lyssach Center. I've rarely experienced such poor service. I would recommend that Dosenbach conduct a spot check; I'm sure they wouldn't find anyone there either if they walked into the store.
