Beau magasin avec de jolis vêtements. J'ai acheté un pantalon, mais malheureusement, la caissière ne pouvait pas payer avec son téléphone et nous aurions dû attendre qu'elle récupère de l'argent. Heureusement, une autre vendeuse l'a vu et a ouvert une deuxième caisse. Merci à elle, cela nous a permis de ne pas avoir à attendre, d'autant plus que cela faisait déjà 5 minutes que nous attendions ! 🙏🏻

J'attendais vraiment mon nouveau vêtement avec impatience, mais en rentrant chez moi, j'ai découvert que l'étiquette de sécurité était toujours attachée. Cela n'aurait pas dû arriver. Maintenant, je dois faire un voyage spécial au magasin pour le faire retirer – incroyablement gênant et frustrant, surtout quand on manque de temps. Lors de mes achats, je m'attends à ce que ces éléments soient vérifiés. Le produit lui-même est charmant, mais ces tracas inutiles ont complètement gâché l'expérience d'achat.

Furthermore, I noticed that the staff's attire did not reflect the professional image one would expect from a reputable brand. Their clothing gave the impression that it would be more appropriate for an adult store than a fashion boutique. Unfortunately very unfriendly, wanted to try on a dirndl unfortunately the deputy branch manager did not separate the bust so I could not try on the dirndl which was very regrettable
