Des voleurs absolus... ils me facturent 10 francs supplémentaires depuis presque 2 ans maintenant, je n'arrive pas à les arrêter, l'application vous montre votre facture mais n'a pas de code QR et aucune information bancaire à payer donc ils peuvent continuer à vous escroquer de 10 dollars par mois. Entreprise criminelle de grande envergure... 3 étoiles, c'est aussi beaucoup trop généreux pour ces idiots, dommage que je n'ai pas pu choisir des départs négatifs
Innova est la pire compagnie d'assurance pour laquelle j'ai jamais travaillé. Ils ont essayé à plusieurs reprises d'envoyer un conseiller par téléphone. Après avoir examiné mon contrat actuel, le conseiller m'a annoncé qu'il résilierait mon assurance complémentaire helsana et la remplacerait par innova. Je suis maintenant endetté auprès de deux compagnies d'assurance. Ils ont profité du fait que je ne parle pas allemand et leur ont fait signer une police d'assurance de 3 ans. Actuellement, j'ai une assurance complémentaire chez innova, mais je ne sais même pas de quoi il s'agit. Je ne sais pas à quoi sert ma police car elle n'a pas de langue anglaise comme les autres compagnies d'assurance, c'est une compagnie complètement menteuse et malhonnête. Je ne recommande à personne.
Le pire de tous les temps. Ils envoient toujours des avis de factures impayées, même les factures sont payées depuis longtemps. En gros, on m'a obligé à signer une assurance avec eux, car un de leurs employés est venu dans mon appartement et m'a terrorisé pendant 4 heures pour signer une assurance avec eux.
An absolute disgrace to insurance, incompetent and amateurish. After receiving a medical report on my condition, Innova took over six weeks to respond. In a three-line message, they stated without any justification that my condition (incisional hernia) was not considered a medical illness and that they would therefore not provide any benefits. Only after threatening legal action did they finally make a payment approximately 10 weeks after receiving the medical report. Innova tried to evade their obligation to pay out in the cheapest way possible. Stay away from this disgraceful insurance company. If Innova tries to deny you legally entitled benefits, they should be held accountable and the matter made public. Such scandalous behavior must not be allowed to succeed. Clearly, Innova has not understood its mandate. It's unimaginable what the consequences would have been if I had been a person with a migration background, who might not know their rights and also had language deficiencies. ... Such behavior absolutely must be publicly condemned.
Innova was a complete disappointment. Before my surgery, I was told over the phone that everything was clear and fine. I had the surgery on Monday morning, and afterward, I was hospitalized semi-privately, as Innova had previously arranged. A few days later, I received a cancellation notice in the mail, with no reimbursement of any costs. Completely overwhelmed and in the middle of my healing phase, I had to figure out exactly what the problem was. Since I hadn't disclosed that a problem had already existed before taking out the insurance, the contract was canceled. That's all well and good, that was my mistake. But what about all the money I had already paid Innova? Without any service from Innova?! You could take a portion and cancel the contract at the same time, right?! Logically, that's not possible, because insurance is never about actually helping customers, but, as always, just about money. Good for Innova that they were able to profit off me. You're doing great! The doctor who operated on me was so upset by the situation that HE waived his fee to reduce my costs! So the person who actually helped me waived his share, and Innova gets away with my money without providing any service?! It's truly a joke, and I would be ashamed to work for such a company. I definitely could have saved myself the money and would recommend everyone not to go to Innova. I've already discussed the case in great detail with Innova, and I've always been told that they won't do anything about it and that Innova has no interest in accommodating me in any way. I'm stuck with the bill.
Terrible customer service. Not recommended. We received a premium adjustment with which we disagreed, and subsequently cancelled our policy. The cancellation was rejected on the grounds that we had been informed in advance via the policy. However, we never received this policy, neither by mail nor email. The invoice didn't arrive until December. So late that we missed the cancellation deadline. This seems deliberately orchestrated. It's not fair practice. When we contacted them, we were told we could still use the benefits this year. In plain terms, this means they're hoping something will happen so we'll make a claim. This is tasteless and disrespectful. This is no way to treat customers. Thanks for nothing.
