MM Spangenberg et son frère ont réalisé plusieurs projets pour moi. Qu'il s'agisse d'isolation, de carrelage ou de rénovation de cuisine, une chose est toujours vraie : tout est fait dans les délais et exactement selon mon cahier des charges. Les devis sont également toujours extrêmement détaillés ; il n'y a pas de surprises, ce qui est très important pour moi. Lors des premières consultations, je suis toujours reconnaissant pour la vaste expérience de M. Spangenberg. Il signale les problèmes potentiels et trouve toujours une solution orientée client. Leur forte éthique de travail m'a également impressionné : certains travaux (isolation du sous-sol, voir photo) étaient vraiment pénibles et extrêmement sales. Cela n'a pas du tout gêné l'équipe de M. Spangenberg, qui a abordé chaque projet avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme. Enfin, le chantier était toujours laissé propre et M. Spangenberg était toujours disponible et trouvait le temps même pour les demandes de dernière minute. Un luxe 5 étoiles clair.

Spangenberg est un artisan et expert professionnel qui maîtrise parfaitement son métier et a livré un travail de très haute qualité. Mr. Spangenberg and his brother carried out the following work for us when we replaced our windows (the new window frames were 3 cm thicker than the old ones): - Trimming the exterior insulation - Demolition of a brick wall/rebuilding the brick wall to accommodate the new window frames. Sealing, re-insulating, and plastering the exterior insulation - Trimming the exterior insulation around the large 6m wide sliding windows - Cutting out the exterior insulation to seal the window frame to the wall - Sealing the basement ceiling to the wall - Replastering the sides with excellent plaster profiles for the window frames - Fitting the ceramic patio tiles - Repairing the interior plaster around 3 windows. The work was carried out very professionally and precisely; you can tell they are skilled tradesmen. The transition between the exterior plaster and the window frames is now much better than before. I don't know of a better bricklayer with such a broad range of services, who does what he says, delivers top-quality work, and all at a very fair price. I didn't see any of the annoying flat fees that are common with others. Any unplanned extra work is clearly discussed beforehand. I will hire Mr. Spangenberg again for the insulation adjustments and interior plaster repairs on the remaining windows.
