Numéro livré le 01.04.2026 101253751aun58 C'est la livraison que j'ai reçue. J'ai reçu 6 cartons livrés. Je les récupère dans le camion. A la fin le livreur m'a laissé cette grosse palette en bois comme truc (cadeau ?). J'ai demandé à le reprendre. Il a dit non. Que dois-je en faire ?

Delivery to Thalwil on February 11, 2026. The person was unhelpful. I asked for a little help if he could push the package 20 meters with his electric cart, and he ran away without even answering. He left the package outside my door as if it were a garbage bag. Before placing an order with this company, you should know that if you ask for a little help, they don't even answer and just walk away.
There are constant delays and additional costs due to Streck. What's promised on their website doesn't match reality at all. Instead of being the service provider behind the scenes, Streck is the obstacle to our deliveries. I won't even mention the drivers' friendliness and attitude. I'm always glad when Streck isn't involved in our deliveries!
