Le personnel était très courtois et serviable. Nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin pour atteindre le mont Pilate. On nous a recommandé de prendre le téléphérique puis le train à crémaillère et un bateau qui nous ont permis de voir la Suisse de différentes manières.

Personnel incroyablement grossier et inutile. J'ai acheté les billets en ligne et je voulais m'assurer que nous allions au bon endroit et tout. La vendeuse du magasin a dit que c'était facile. Je lui ai demandé de pointer sur la carte et de m'aider et elle a été très impolie et m'a envoyé rapidement. Il n'y avait personne dans le magasin, elle se tenait derrière le bureau et regardait les gens. J'espère que c'est unique. Quoi qu'il en soit, les gens du terminal sont bien plus utiles que d'aller dans ce magasin.

Staff both too important and busy talking between each other to be helpful. (No other customers in the shop) Do you have this shirt in the 2XL size please? No. Do you know where I could get one? Answer - up the mountain! Both attendants had a look of contempt as if to say don't bother me. We were up the mountain yesterday and didn't see any of the shirts they told us to go up the mountain to buy. Went to a shop round the corner and an extremely helpful staff member at Weber's World had the shirt we wanted and found us the size we wanted . Forget the Pilatus shop if that's what they call service. Usually like to see service employed but glad we bought our tickets to the mountain online in this case

The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get to Pilatus. We got recommend to take the cable car then the cogwheel train and a boat which we were able to see Switzerland in different ways.
