I understand that drivers work under time pressure. However, the fact that they inconvenience others who might have the same problem seems to have little impact on the representative of this company: They cheerfully block an entire access road to the city center. Of course, without any signage or traffic control. And then you have to put up with comments like "kindergarten" when you can't get to your workplace because of the blocked access. After all, the driver is the only one who has to work. If this much arrogance is tolerated by the employer, that's worth one star. No more. PS: Every other delivery driver so far has managed to keep at least one lane clear. So it is possible if there's a will.

Terrible customer service, customs documents not provided upon delivery. Extremely tedious delivery planning. Severe lack of professionalism. I will never use this carrier again.
