Super
Très cher
Le personnel est au téléphone pour servir les clients et ne parle pas un mot d'allemand. En conséquence, on vous facture un mauvais prix ou on vous donne le mauvais produit... Pas vraiment professionnel.
I went there today and saw for myself; there really is a pretty lady working there. Rumor has it she bakes the rolls for a proper eight minutes instead of just seven. That makes them extra crispy. I've been going every Sunday since. The best!
If I play football for 50 francs at the Swisslos machine and win 30 francs, I don't even get paid 80 francs. Answer: No money in the till.
Unfortunately, very disappointing. We've lived above the gas station for about five months and go there almost daily. At first, we were very satisfied. The employees were great, motivated, and very friendly and helpful. But about two to three months ago, there was a change. It became increasingly disappointing with the first new employee because he was very lazy, and it showed on the shelves. Products were lying unsorted everywhere, and many items were empty. The worst part is that we always loved the hot paninis. But with him, the answer was always the same: the oven wasn't on (between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.). This was never the case before; we used to get our hot paninis even at 7:00 a.m. What I also find disrespectful is that he has to FaceTime while working, especially at the checkout while serving customers. He even has to tell the person on his phone to be quiet because there are customers. ... With the second new employee who was hired (about a month ago), we've had the same problem: he always has the phone by the register, and as soon as the money is gone, he picks it up. We were pleased to hear that they now offer hot dogs, but he couldn't even manage that. We received a hot dog where the sausage was still cold and hadn't been cooked. We went back, and he said, "Sorry, it wasn't on; I'll make a new one and wait 2-3 minutes." We waited an extra 5 minutes, but the sausage was still cold. So, I'm sorry, but I just don't understand this, especially when good people leave. Sad...
