Nous avons reçu une offre écrite de Von Euw Fenster AG, valable trois mois. Environ un mois plus tard, cette offre a été retirée et décrite comme une simple offre comparative. Cette approche était inattendue et difficile à comprendre pour nous. Et c'est censé être un partenaire fiable ?
Très beau produit ; service rapide et simple; installation propre et dans les délais. Je peux à tout moment recommander von Euw Fenster AG.
Un camion-grue a été facturé alors qu'il n'a pas été utilisé. Mes commentaires ont été traités de manière non professionnelle, sans tentative de fournir une explication factuelle ou des excuses. Une façon très décevante de traiter avec les clients.
Poor customer service, very unfriendly. Billing for services not rendered – a truck-mounted crane costing CHF 650 was charged for replacing a window, even though it was never used. Questionable business practices.
I sent an inquiry via email and have not received a reply after a month.
