Hôtel absolument parfait à Gstaad. Les chambres et les espaces généraux de l'hôtel étaient très confortables. Le service était également fantastique, Milich était particulièrement serviable ! Les installations de spa et les salles de jeux étaient également fantastiques et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant "La Vue" ainsi que la nourriture et les boissons disponibles au bar. Enfin l'hôtel disposait de location de ski sur place ainsi que la possibilité d'acheter les forfaits de ski à la réception. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cela. Les bus passent également juste en face de l'hôtel mais ne circulent pas très souvent. Cependant, des transferts gratuits depuis et vers la gare sont proposés à votre arrivée et à votre départ.
Le Huus est une propriété de luxe unique sans hôtel à proximité. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité des gares de Gstad et de Sannen, sur l'autoroute à côté de la vallée. Linge de première classe propre. Salle de bains avec nouveaux équipements. La troisième personne a reçu un cadeau gratuit…
J'adore le lodge ! Chambres spacieuses et très belles. Les toilettes sont plus petites pour les stations balnéaires autour de Gstaad.
We spent a couple of nights at Huus Hotel to escape the foggy valley and enjoy some much‑needed sunshine, and overall it was a lovely stay. The atmosphere is very “alpine chic,” with a warm, stylish lobby that flows right into the bar—the social heart of the property. In the evenings there was a DJ, and although some reviews mentioned the music being too loud, we found the volume perfectly reasonable, especially considering the bar shares the same space as reception. We enjoyed the Sushi .. great presentation and the Itamae was located such as to add to the bar atmosphere . Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel grounds were also a pleasant surprise, offering nice walking paths that were perfect for our two small dogs. Breakfast was another highlight: a fantastic buffet where nothing felt overlooked. Where the experience fell slightly short for us was in the consistency of the service. For a hotel aiming at a five‑star feel, staff attentiveness is everything. We consider ourselves low‑maintenance guests, but on a couple of occasions when we had simple questions, the front desk attendant seemed a bit “put out” by the interruption. It wasn’t enough to overshadow the stay, but it was noticeable. One practical note for future guests: the hotel shuttle is only for arrival and departure to the train station. It’s not a general shuttle service, so plan on taxis if you want to visit the Gstaad promenade—an area full of great shops, food, and energy, but not within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, Huus Hotel offers a stylish alpine escape with great views, excellent breakfast, and a vibrant lobby atmosphere. With a bit more consistency in guest‑focused service, it could easily reach the next level.
I spent two nights at this hotel with my wife. To be honest, our arrival didn't start off well. We arrived on Friday evening around 9:30PM and were greeted by a spacious, beautifully decorated lobby, with a bar at the back on the right and the reception on the left. Everything could have been perfect, except there was a DJ in the lobby playing music extremely loudly. Not just loud. Very loud. It was almost impossible to have a conversation with the receptionist without shouting and leaning over the counter to be heard. Seriously, who thought it was a good idea to have a DJ at such a high volume in a place where you expect a calm welcome? Music is fine, but it should match the setting. Apparently, most of the other guests felt the same way, as the lobby was almost empty, at most 10–15 guests were having a drink. Aside from this, everything was perfect: the rooms are very cozy, the restaurant is simply wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is remarkable. If it weren't for the DJ's music, I would have given 5/5 without hesitation. Sadly, this is the only thing that might stop us from coming back. What a shame!
We stayed here with our dog, and had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely helpful, our room was perfectly prepared for our dog. And we had a fantastic time at this well equiped hotel. We will definitely come back here! Thank you!
