Fromagerie libre-service très agréable et propre. Bonne sélection. La raclette était l'une des meilleures que j'ai eues depuis des années. Je ferai probablement à nouveau le trajet de Seeland à Schangnau juste pour acheter cette incroyable raclette. Félicitations à la fromagerie pour son bon goût et sa qualité.

Wonderful cheeses made from the milk of cows, sheep, water buffalo, and goats from Schangnau. Buffalo mozzarella, buffalo quark, and fine yogurts. A very charming little shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I enjoy shopping there. On March 31, 2018, I bought "crying" Emmental cheese. The best Emmental I've ever eaten.
