Highly unprofessional and irresponsible. Mr. Morina is not responding to calls or messages. He made false statements regarding services and cost coverage. Now CSS is refusing to cover the costs, even though Mr. Morina explicitly stated that they would be covered. It's simply pathetic for a senior customer advisor not to stand by his misinformation and withdraw from the conversation. Absolutely cowardly!
