La rénovation, avec de nouveaux espaces de travail et de détente, en valait la peine ! Une petite oasis au milieu de la vie quotidienne.
J'étais à la bibliothèque avec mon chien aujourd'hui. Il n'y a pas d'autocollant indiquant que les chiens ne sont pas autorisés, mais on m'a dit que les chiens étaient interdits. Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi il n'y avait pas de panneau « Chiens interdits » sur la porte d'entrée, on m'a répondu : « Nous voulons avoir le moins de restrictions possible ici ! C'est totalement hypocrite ! Ils essaient de se présenter comme des libéraux. C'est tellement ridicule. Il suffit de mettre un autocollant et d’en finir.
La bibliothèque est joliment meublée, mais il y a des adultes qui parlent très fort, et certains parents emmènent leurs enfants se promener et ne font pas attention à ce que leurs enfants se taisent. Une bibliothèque est censée être un lieu tranquille pour apprendre.
A very good library with a large and well-organized selection of books, magazines, films, CDs, comics, picture books, and more. The librarians are friendly and offer helpful recommendations. You can also watch films and listen to music on-site. The membership fee is very reasonable considering what's available.
It's important for dog owners to know where dogs are allowed and where they aren't. Dogs aren't a thing! They can't just be left outside! Dogs get stolen, too!
