Le dernier magasin de vêtements de Steffisburg, avec un service compétent et de superbes articles de créateurs, notamment des costumes pour hommes, en activité depuis plus de 185 ans, en est maintenant à sa sixième génération. Cela seul témoigne de la mode féminine et masculine. Je sais où j'achèterai mes prochains vêtements... chez Hänsenberger !

I had to park briefly in the store's parking lot due to an emergency. Ten seconds after I parked, the manager approached me and asked what I was doing there. I told her I'd only be there for 15 minutes at most. She was very condescending and immediately started talking about decency, which she herself clearly lacked. I asked again if I could park there briefly, and she said yes. After 15 minutes, I returned to find the manager in her car and an employee in another car. They had blocked me in, preventing me from leaving. After this incident, I would never set foot in that store again, even though I had planned to. It's unbelievable how some people just wait to make life difficult for others... Very unpleasant indeed!
Excellent service! I bought two pairs of trousers for my mother (who lives in a nursing home). I was even allowed to take them with me to try them on, and as an added bonus, I received a 10% discount. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you so much!
