Personnel super serviable. Ils m'ont aidé à plusieurs reprises. J'ai récemment acheté un Specialized Rockhopper Elite 29er et ils ont eu la gentillesse de l'obtenir dans le coloris que je voulais dans un autre point de vente Febru. Ils m'ont également aidé à maintenir mon Roubaix Spécialisé au fil du temps. J'adore le magasin et le meilleur, c'est qu'il se trouve dans mon quartier.

J’ai utilisé ce magasin pour un service et je n’ai pas vraiment beaucoup utilisé mon vélo depuis. Quand je l'ai vérifié et qu'un ami (mécanicien de vélo professionnel) l'a regardé. Je me rends compte que le mécanicien du magasin n’en avait aucune idée. Il a changé la chaîne sans la cassette arrière, m'a dit que les freins ne pouvaient pas être meilleurs et qu'il y avait de l'air dans le système (il n'a pas pu vérifier), j'ai aussi découvert que le carter sous le moteur était cassé (trop tard pour revenir en arrière). Cela fait aussi du bruit et c'étaient les bagues de suspension arrière et il a dit que cela ne pouvait pas être réparé. Très pauvre et très cher ca. 300CHF😥

Un joyau caché d'un magasin de vélos autour de Zoug. Vraiment. Nous étions très heureux de m'aider avec un vélo de route Canyon et de disposer d'une excellente sélection de produits souples et rigides. De superbes clés qui étaient également ravies de discuter de trucs de vélo.

I've been to that bike shop twice already. The first time, I was completely satisfied with the advice and service. The second time, I was at the shop between 3:00 and 4:00 PM with my bike for a possible tire change (because I felt the tire was wearing down – longer braking distance; I was aware of the two marks in the tire tread). I was told to schedule an appointment for the next day without them even looking at the bike. So, the next morning, I went to the shop as agreed. They explained the two marks to me and said the tire would be fine until they wore down, and then they quickly tightened the wheel for me (a quick fix). Technically, everything was correct, the job was done, but I didn't need to go to the shop twice for the same service. What would have required an appointment the day before was done in two minutes the next day...
