A highly professional company! They responded immediately by phone to my email inquiry. I received detailed information. I promptly received a comprehensive quote for a ceramic kitchen countertop. The measuring appointment was scheduled for three days later. After the measurements, I received two different plans with two options for the cutouts for the sink and the Bora cooktop. The countertop was delivered within five working days. Installation was carried out by two installers who used a dust curtain to cover the minor adjustment/enlargement of the soap dish cutout (the plumbers and electricians hadn't used one for the utility work and the necessary wall chasing). The installation and silicone sealing (joining the two panels) were perfect and impeccable. The cost was lower than the quote from an Austrian stonemasonry company chosen by the kitchen designer, which installed the first countertop after a four-week wait, and then it didn't even fit and had to be removed! My sincere thanks go to you, Mr. Hoxhaj, as managing director, and to all your employees who worked on this project.
