Je dois partager ma déception pour cette marque et cette expérience client. Ils prétendent avoir un rapport qualité/prix extrêmement sympa et j'ai acheté ce pantalon pour 160.-chf avec l'aide d'un des employés. Apparemment, cela devrait être la meilleure qualité dont ils disposent. Pour la première fois que j'utilise ce pantalon, il s'est ouvert de nulle part. Et en plus, je me suis plaint et personne ne veut me rembourser puisque je n’ai plus le billet. Je comprends qu'il existe des règles internes mais cette expérience a été la pire. Je n'achèterais plus jamais ici.

Je suis venu dans cette très jolie boutique pour un besoin urgent d'un costume. L'équipe était très sympa, pas envahissante du tout, elle a prodigué de très bons conseils. J'ai ajusté et prêt mon costume en 2 heures. Je recommande fortement.

I ordered shoes from them, payed extra for transport, the shoes never arrived and they offered me 20€ discount and i asked if they could wire it to me, because i wasn’t interested anymore to be their client, they blocked me. This is not the way, NOT recomended So i lost my order and my money
