I bought an expensive bike a year ago and am still waiting for the promised insurance documents. Emails and calls have repeatedly gone unanswered, and agreed-upon deadlines have not been met. It's tedious, time-consuming, and nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, I have a very negative impression of the after-sales support.

On our way across Switzerland, a tire on one of our e-bikes punctured. While searching for a bike mechanic near Erlach, we came across Seeland Bikes in Vinelz. Mr. Frei took care of the problem, fixed the bike, checked the tire pressure on the second bike, and shortly afterwards delivered the repaired e-bike to the campsite free of charge.
