This is the second time I've shopped here—and it will be the last. The first time, I bought a cell phone that broke after just a month and had to be returned for repair. Now, less than a year ago, I bought a vacuum cleaner. When it broke, I was told there were no replacement parts available and I would have to buy a new one. Very disappointing—one star is actually too many.
It's because I wanted to pick up my order there, but I had to wait a week even though they said it would arrive on Tuesday.
