Zwibol est plus qu'une épicerie. C'est une communauté et un charmant café. Les produits du magasin sont fabriqués et d'origine locale (y compris du houmous et des cornichons !), et la délicieuse cuisine du café est la même. Tout est préparé avec des ingrédients frais, il n'y a donc pas de menu fixe. Le personnel est adorable et fait partie de la coopérative qui possède ensemble le magasin/café. Il se trouve à quelques minutes de la gare de Wädenswil et à quelques minutes du lac.

Je prends régulièrement mon déjeuner au bistro bio de Wädenswil et je suis toujours ravie ! Le bistro travaille exclusivement avec des aliments biologiques, d'origine locale et produits de manière durable, ce qui se reflète dans chaque bouchée. J'apprécie particulièrement de pouvoir apporter mon propre conteneur. Les menus créatifs du déjeuner sont non seulement délicieux mais aussi toujours frais et de saison. C'est fascinant de voir ce qui est fabriqué à partir d'aliments qui ne conviennent plus à la vente au détail. Ils proposent également un délicieux brunch et de délicieux gâteaux, que j'aimerais essayer si j'y étais en personne. Le café bio est un autre point fort que je ne manque jamais ! L'ambiance du bistro est agréable et invitante. Je recommande vivement ce bistrot !

I love coming here for a delicious and affordable lunch. The food is always freshly cooked with seasonal ingredients and tastes absolutely wonderful. The shop's products are fantastic too; you can find the best organic produce from the region and everything you need for everyday life. Thanks to my membership, I, as a single mother, can buy high-quality organic products at a great price for myself and my daughter.
Zwibol is truly a fantastic shop that I can recommend to everyone. They sell regional organic products unpackaged, so you can, for example, fill your own jar with pasta from home. The prices are a bit higher than at mass-produced stores, but I'm sure that if the shop attracts more customers, the prices can be lowered further. There's also a bistro where they conjure up excellent vegan and vegetarian meals at lunchtime, which are incredibly affordable and, above all, extremely delicious! The shop's location is superb, practically right next to the Wädenswil train station, although it's a bit hidden – you almost have to know where it is to find it. If you're a member of the cooperative, you can enter the shop 24/7, meaning you can shop at any time of day or night. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else!
