Always so super friendly and open to all requests. If you're looking for something special, you can almost always find it there. If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it in a flash, and you'll be notified when it arrives. Competent, customer-focused, and now even an authorized JURA dealer. My wife and I always enjoy going to the store and usually find something. This shop in Wangen is a lovely place.
My favorite shop for small crafts, garden supplies, and household items! The owners are always incredibly friendly and helpful; "can't be done" isn't in their vocabulary! They've even spent 30 minutes researching with me before we found a solution to my problem. Above all, they only sell high-quality products at normal retail prices. I'd even be willing to pay more for the fantastic customer service, but this makes it even more enjoyable. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work! 🙌🏻☺️ I'm sure we'll see each other again soon.
