Super-garage.
Super garage!
The Golf Sportsvan I bought from Garage CarNet is very well maintained and mechanically sound. I can highly recommend Garage.
1.) My Experience with Garage Gnägi AG in Wimmis Garage Gnägi AG in Wimmis is extremely poor in its customer service, customer support, and customer loyalty. I bought a 2011 BMW 530d xDrive, 3.0-liter, with 218,000 km on the clock. Several defects were not disclosed at the time of purchase. One of the most serious problems was water ingress. Every time I washed the car—whether in a self-service car wash or elsewhere—water leaked into the interior, both in the front and back. I had no idea where it was coming from. This was dangerous and unacceptable. As a temporary measure, I even had to replace the windshield in the hope of fixing the problem. But the worst was yet to come: At 243,000 km, the car suffered engine failure—a total loss. The vehicle was no longer drivable and was a write-off. A repair or investment would have been far too expensive. Conclusion: Many thanks to Garage Gnägi for this miserable vehicle. Many thanks to Garage Negi for the worst deal of my life. I specifically went to a Swiss garage hoping I wouldn't be ripped off, and this Swiss garage, more than any other foreign garage or salesperson, broke my neck the most. Dear people, I can't stop you, and I don't want to discourage you, from buying cars there. My letter is meant to be a free lesson in what you really get from this garage. Kind regards 2.) Emanuel, Emanuel, Emanuel, are you still trying to salvage what can be salvaged online? No problem, then I'll explain my perspective one last time. After I published my review, you called me on Friday, October 17th, and said it wasn't correct that I had written my review. You offered me your help and told me to delete my review. I gave you one last suggestion, please. Nothing, absolutely nothing, came from you. Stadeessen, are you trying to present yourself as a clean-cut guy via Google? No problem, go ahead, I hope you were happy with my money; over 14,000 CHF isn't a small amount. I made you a proposal regarding my situation, you offered me your help on the phone and on Google, but it was all a bluff. I never heard from you. No answer is also an answer for me. You had your chance; you only made the situation worse than it already was. In your message, you act as if we never spoke and never had a phone call. I don't want to write anything more, but I guarantee you that I will tell my story to everyone who has contact with me. You had your chance; I'm done with you. I don't need any more messages or phone calls.
As long-time customers, we have already purchased our third car from Garage Gnägi. Advice, trade-ins, and service – always friendly, competent, and reliable. Thank you very much!
