The replacement of our old air-to-water heat pumps (HP) and the installation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system were implemented as a complete package by Heim AG, together with their local partners Bollinger AG and EKZ Eltop. The planning, installation, and commissioning of the HP and PV systems went perfectly. Remote support is readily available should any questions arise. With everything handled locally by a single provider in collaboration with local partners, we are ideally equipped and well supported.
Excellent management from planning to completion of both projects: the solar system and the air source heat pump. Although it involved two companies, everything was well coordinated. The staff was fantastic – very friendly and helpful. They even finished the solar system ahead of schedule. Szper
This company is completely unreliable! Initially, I received a response after a month's wait regarding my heat pump project. Then, it's been over a month since the technician came to my home to provide a quote. I'm still waiting!!! My heat pump contract was ultimately awarded to a more reputable supplier!
