Persona estremamente ostile al bancone ieri. Non volevo fare alcuno sforzo per cambiare il mio contratto ieri. Zero motivazione al lavoro. Molto deluso
Ottimo servizio clienti. L'apprendista (Theo) è molto gentile e mi aiuta sempre se c'è qualcosa che non va con il mio dispositivo mobile o con le bollette. Questo negozio merita molti più clienti.
Terribly useless support, they only say "call our customer support", which will put you on hold forever, replay to web form in several weeks with completely useless answer. For extremely high price, I'd expect way better service...

DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off calling salt customer service directly on the phone. The first few times I had a great experience (with one specific person) but then they changed their staff. The manager is of no help. They changed my plan, added additional lines I didn't need, and charged me ridiculous amount for services I didn't want. It took me 6 months cleaning up their mess.
