Now I'm not so sure about it; they tried to do too much, it's become too big, and I feel a bit lost inside. The products are still good, but why make it so much bigger? It's too much...
Nice renovation, and I appreciate the two hours of free parking, but there's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to recycling. What happened to the simple all-in-one concept? After a long search and visiting several recycling stations, I asked an employee where I could recycle my batteries. She replied snidely, "At the kiosk." Where is the kiosk? "There's only one in the building." Then she turned and walked away. A little advice: Invest in friendly, helpful employees and train them. It only takes one arrogant woman to ruin your business. From now on, I'll buy my groceries from your competitor and recycle my batteries there.
Great welcome at the "newly" opened Coop Park... as usual, the same exhaust fumes from the cars in the underground parking garage, unfortunately no change, and very disappointing. First glance towards the shopping center: plenty of chocolate for Christmas, as usual fruit, etc. The design and architecture are just horribly cobbled together. Sorry, but quite clearly: the old Coop Park was far superior! The same baseboards are still missing in the stairwell as before the renovation. A superb building inspection, and I say that as a 13-year-old trained maintenance specialist (EFZ)! - Question... what's with all these marks on the walls of the underground parking garage...?
