Volevo informarmi sul prezzo di partenza di un materasso da Betten Weibel. Ho ricevuto una risposta ridicola: a partire da 2000 CHF. Sottolineo ridicolo, come per dire: "Non puoi permettertelo". Caro team di Betten Weibel, ne sei sicuro?
I visited this store in Bülach today because I needed a new pillow at short notice. I received a very warm welcome, competent and friendly advice, and within just 10 minutes I had my new pillow. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who values professionalism, a good selection, and friendly advice.
Friendly and competent advice. Here, they take their time and address customers' concerns and wishes. I really appreciate that in specialist shops and am happy to support them.
Unreliable, bad advice, disappointing – I do not recommend buying from them! I bought an expensive box spring bed (original retail price approx. CHF 13,000.00) from Mr. Weibel. Initially, I was very happy with the bed. However, when I needed to replace the topper, I was sold a massively inferior topper for the same price. The size was wrong, it had to be delivered again, and the size is still incorrect to this day. Unfortunately, Mr. Weibel refuses to take the topper back or offer a replacement. All my suggestions for a solution were rejected (when emails and requests for a callback were even answered). Furthermore, the mattress has peeling paint – see photo. Mr. Weibel also told me that he was unaware of this problem and did not want to discuss it further. He considered the matter closed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Weibel bedding store. I will never shop there again!
