Dank seiner hervorragenden Planung und seinem Kostenmanagement hatten wir die Ausgaben immer im Griff. Besonders beeindruckend war seine Auswahl an Handwerkern: fair bepreist, professionell und zuverlässig. Das hat uns geholfen, die Baukosten erheblich zu senken – denn die Preisspanne der Handwerker kann extrem gross sein. Was uns besonders überzeugt hat: Martin Amrhein war immer erreichbar, hat uns kurzfristig zu Materialien und Design beraten und durch seine Doppelfunktion als Innenarchitekt eine teure Design-Studie eines Drittanbieters erspart. Als gelernter Handwerker kennt er sich ausserdem mit dem Bau aus und konnte mit den Handwerkern auf Augenhöhe sprechen. Bei Problemen oder Fehlinterpretationen konnte er schnell eingreifen, was dazu führte, dass wir ohne Mängel und Probleme pünktlich auf den Termin einziehen konnten. Top!
