Il motore della porta si è rotto. Un meccanico è arrivato abbastanza velocemente, ha detto che era rotto, che non c'erano pezzi di ricambio disponibili e che avrei ricevuto un preventivo per un aggiornamento. È scomparso, mi ha addebitato circa 300 franchi e non ha mai ricevuto il preventivo. Servizio terribile... Aggiornamento: sette settimane dopo, finalmente è arrivato il preventivo – 5700 CHF per un aggiornamento (nuovo motore e alcune parti) – uno scherzo! Per quello potrei comprare una piccola macchina usata. La porta è in una casa indipendente; ora abbiamo una porta manuale perfettamente funzionante.

We are extremely dissatisfied with Record's service. A service was performed less than a year ago. Furthermore, the battery was replaced a few months ago, and now the door is malfunctioning again. Now we are being asked to sign a form stating that instead of warranty service, we will incur costs such as travel expenses and other charges. I consider this very poor service, especially given that a one-year warranty is provided on maintenance work.

Our automatic shop door broke down. After two hours on hold, a technician finally came three days later to prepare a quote. Before I even received the quote seven days later, we got the bill for the quote itself. Absolutely outrageous! And don't even get me started on the quote itself. It's a shame to end nearly 30 years of customer loyalty like this.
