The work was exceptionally thorough, meticulous, and clean, especially after everything was professionally covered or dismantled. Despite heavy nicotine stains from the past, all the walls now look brand new. The windows and doors were also carefully painted and, even after 20 years, look like new again. The silicone sealant was applied beautifully. All in all, a successful renovation. The only downside is the labor costs, which were significantly higher than expected, suggesting a rather high profit margin in this industry. Therefore, I will obtain two or three quotes for future work in and around the house.
