Sono arrivato con una chiave rotta nella serratura della mia Honda st1300 all'inizio della mia vacanza. Nel giro di 10 minuti avevano rimosso il pezzo rotto e non avrebbero accettato alcun pagamento. Servizio meraviglioso. Grazie mille.
Vasto assortimento di tutti i tipi di biciclette e motocicli, compresa la relativa attrezzatura e abbigliamento. Consulenza altamente competente e servizio estremamente cordiale ed efficiente. I difetti minori vengono riparati immediatamente senza appuntamento (se necessario durante il viaggio). Le riparazioni più importanti vengono eseguite il più rapidamente possibile e verrai avvisato via e-mail o telefono quando saranno pronti per il ritiro!
Sabato siamo andati al negozio per comprare una nuova bicicletta per il nostro bambino di 6 anni. Cosa posso dire: siamo completamente soddisfatti. La consulenza è stata onesta e competente, siamo stati presi sul serio e abbiamo ricevuto un ottimo supporto. Si sente la passione genuina per il ciclismo e questo entusiasmo è immediatamente contagioso. Eravamo molto felici.

During my cycling holiday, the freewheel body broke. The shop was already closed, but the mechanics were still there. I received a replacement bike without any hassle. After ordering the replacement part, my bike was back on the road within two days. Excellent service! Very friendly and cheerful staff. Very fair prices for repairs (even on other brands)! I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Keep up the good work!
