Ho acquistato una nuova macchina da cucire in modo del tutto spontaneo perché la precedente ha improvvisamente smesso di funzionare. Il modello che volevo era disponibile ed è stato consegnato a casa mia il giorno successivo, portato al secondo piano e montato. Ne sono stato molto felice, grazie mille! Nel prezzo era compreso un corso di formazione di due ore con Claudia Blumer, che mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente la macchina. Ora posso provare il mio nuovo strumento e conoscerlo da solo. La certezza che Blumer sarà felice di rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e che sarò ben consigliata è impagabile!

Very friendly and helpful service! The shop is beautifully decorated. The Bernina sewing machines are nicely displayed. The shop offers a wide selection of fabrics, needles, and various accessories. I highly recommend this shop! The owner even went out of her way to give us (Zurich residents) suggestions for nightlife; thank you, it was a great evening.
