Ho soggiornato solo brevemente, ma l'ambiente e il prezzo erano fantastici. Esperienza meravigliosa e cercherei di tornarci. Le sculture erano uniche così come la disposizione interna (ho quasi filmato la mia camminata tortuosa dall'ascensore alla mia stanza per mostrarla ad amici e parenti). Gli unici problemi erano la macchinetta del caffè in camera e la necessità di un Uber o di un taxi per raggiungere l'hotel. La camera era più grande del previsto, moderna e pulita.
Il soggiorno è avvenuto durante un seminario di diversi giorni. L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile in auto e dispone di numerosi posti auto, anche direttamente di fronte alle camere lodge. La mia camera lodge era funzionale, ma moderna e ben tenuta. IL …
Costoso ma quasi eccellente. Camere grandi. Ristoranti molto buoni. Pulito. Tranquillo. Buon letto ecc. Lontano dalla città. Solo due piccole lamentele, la colazione era piuttosto unilaterale e non apprezzo davvero se metto fuori il cartello "non disturbare" e il personale delle pulizie entra ancora.
Hotel is located a little bit out of the city. However, this is the purpose to have some quiet time and relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies in the reception are quite helpful, always smiling and friendly. I stayed at this hotel twice for business purposes. Seminar rooms are well designed, and can meet all the expectations for a business meeting. Lookimng forward to staying at this hotel next time.
We hosted a business week from the Riverside Hotel and were incredibly impressed with the service, the location, rooms, professionalism of staff. Don't hesitate to book something here for business or for pleasure!
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Few days before arriving, I called the hotel to make sure that they have a charger for electric cars, the receptionist confirmed YES. However, we only discovered after checking in, the hotel charger doesn’t have a cable which was impossible to charge our car. I complained with the receptionist, she said the only thing she could do is that we change hotel… we finally decided to stay, only next day we had to look for other charging stations. We had dinner in their Thai restaurant, which was bad and expensive. We checked out on Sunday, unfortunately we forgot our 5-year old son’s toy, a small Spider-Man. I ask the hotel if they could send to Montreux, they did, with charging CHF8.5 on my credit card, which I don’t think this is very elegant.
