Ho trascorso quasi un mese con il mio team al Posthotel Rössli e mi sono sentito veramente a casa. Alla reception, Mara, Per e Goska erano sempre disponibili e incredibilmente pazienti con le nostre infinite (e talvolta piuttosto insolite!) richieste. La loro gentilezza e professionalità hanno reso ogni giornata più semplice. Il team del ristorante è stato altrettanto meraviglioso: Collin, con il suo calore e il suo grande senso dell'umorismo; Laura, che ha portato un tocco italiano e ci ha sempre fatto ridere; Catia, che ogni mattina ci accoglieva a colazione con un sorriso, conoscendo già le nostre ordinazioni preferite; e Victor, che si è preso cura di tutti i nostri pranzi con un servizio impeccabile. Insieme hanno creato una squadra eccezionale e impeccabile. Le camere erano sempre pulitissime e ben tenute, e il cibo era delizioso: alla fine ho provato quasi l'intero menu! Consiglio vivamente di fermarsi, anche solo per cena. Non te ne pentirai. Ed essendo proprio sulla Promenade, era incredibilmente comodo raggiungere tutto a Gstaad. Grazie, team Posthotel, spero di vedervi presto!
Questo è un tipico hotel svizzero per famiglie dove le camere non sono glamour ma perfettamente funzionali, confortevoli e pulite. ||Il personale è cordiale. |La posizione è ottima alla fine del lungomare, non lontano dalla Bahnhof |La colazione era un cellulare …
Questo ristorante è semplicemente il migliore che abbia mai visitato. Il servizio è impeccabile, il cibo è preparato con cura e meravigliosamente creativo e la lista dei vini è eccezionale. Non c'è assolutamente nulla da criticare.
We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights during the winter break. Room was spacious, restaurant was spot on with classic Swiss dish, and the people who works there were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back and stay here again!
Stayed there for 1 night with my family of 2 kids (4y & 9y). Overall service was very good: from check-in to lunch & dinner. Food was also excellent. On the to-be-improved side: a little understaffed on the restaurant side and our room (117) was right above the kitchen so until 22:30 it was rather noisy in our bedroom, but didn’t bother the bunker bed room were stayed our kids.
A very disappointing experience. We booked the hotel with the city tax included, but at check-in the staff insisted that it was not included. After showing our confirmation, they finally agreed that it was already covered. However, they required a credit card as a guarantee and then used it the next day to charge the city tax anyway, without informing us or even waiting until check-out. This felt very unprofessional. At the end, they have returned it again. In addition, we were never informed about our right to receive the Gstaad Card, which provides free access to public transportation. Because of this, we ended up paying unnecessary extra costs. The facilities themselves were good, but the service was a catastrophe.
