Il personale non è amichevole con i turisti e dovrebbe capire che quando i turisti acquistano souvenir ricevono pane e burro.
La peggiore esperienza. Personale molto scortese! Ha urlato al mio bambino senza motivo. Il mio bambino è rimasto inorridito. Non farle mai visita. Vorrei poter scrivere di più che era così negativa come persona. Che Dio la guarisca.

Very nice staff
Yesterday I was passing through Gstaad, I bought some chocolates and a pack of dental gum from this place. While I was on the train I took out the chewing gum and saw that 5 were missing. But how disgusting, just the thought of someone else touching them disgusts me. What a shame! How is it possible that no one noticed? It seems to have been done on purpose because it was placed in front in such a way as to sell it.
