BASE Cafe — Fuhren 460B, 3822 Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland

Posto davvero interessante. Mi sono fermato in così tanti in Svizzera per sapere quali fossero i migliori in assoluto in Svizzera e in ogni posto c'era quello che penseresti che dovrebbe essere bello, pulito e di ottima qualità. Le persone non sono particolarmente amichevoli ma se lo sai in anticipo tutto è stato fantastico.

Sono andato a pranzo e ho ordinato zuppa di crema di pomodoro e panino caprese (9 e 12 CHF) + Gusto + Servizio più veloce + Ordinamento sullo schermo (come in McDonald's) + Prezzo - Sia la zuppa che il panino sono stati consegnati allo stesso tempo. Avrei dovuto servire prima la zuppa e poi impiegare 10 minuti per servire il panino. Mentre il formaggio sul panino era già freddo e il pesto iniziava a lasciare l'acqua prima che potessi finire la zuppa. Dopo aver portato la zuppa, dovrebbero tutti quando possiamo portare il panino. Il resto è andato tutto bene. Nota: la persona al banco non parla tedesco. Solo inglese. Puoi comunque ordinare anche dallo schermo e pagarlo tu stesso.

Dopo aver visitato molti posti, Base Café Lauterbrunnen si è rivelata la sistemazione migliore per noi. Puoi effettuare facilmente il check-in automatico e le istruzioni sono molto chiare. È a pochi passi dalla stazione di Lauterbrunnen. Dalla stanza si può godere di una vista diretta sulla cascata: assolutamente incredibile! Le strutture sono complete e molto pulite. In realtà volevo restare due notti, ma sfortunatamente non c'erano camere disponibili, quindi potevamo restare solo per una notte. Anche il cibo al bar è delizioso: vale sicuramente la pena provarlo!

I am not sure about the hotel side but the Cafe is great! Easy Machine order with a very very nice lady serving everything and answering any questions! Nothing is too much to ask for! The food? I ordered the local sausage and chips, the sausage is great, not too salty and very tasty! And chips are cooked to perfection, not too dry but still crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tea they served was also great quality ones. Unfortunately they don’t have decaf coffee so I couldn’t try. But they did offered me a complimentary hot milk ! I was very surprised by the rating being so low. Normally I don’t go into any shops that has rating lower than 4.5 on Google. But today, this shop is calling me and I am very pleasantly surprised! They also have guests toilet. ( unlike some other higher rating cafe on the same street that doesn’t offer toilet facilities…) I would strongly recommend you to give it a try, have a rest, have a drink and march on!

At first glance lady was little too serious while taking order , didn’t felt well but when we tried her hand made Hot cholate and expresso it changed our thinking because it was so good , will come again in feature but want to see smile on their face .

Our morning in Lauterbrunnen always starts hier. Very good Cappuccino❤️. I can enjoy it only hier. Best one. I recommend raclette, goulash (especially when you are cold or tired)❤️, hamburger. - not so many big tables for meal with friends or family. We had luck, but sometimes it is full. The staff there is very nice and friendly. The chef is great. Fast service.
