Il personale era scortese e arrogante e non mostrava alcuna disponibilità ad aiutare. Le merci ingombranti dovevano essere scaricate davanti al capannone e poi trasportate per l'intero capannone senza alcun aiuto.
Great, large recycling center and friendly, helpful staff. A lot can be disposed of free of charge – including paper and cardboard. The other disposal fees are reasonable. I'm very satisfied.

You can no longer return beverage cartons for free – you have to use plastic again, meaning a bag, which of course isn't free. When I asked the staff why this was the case, they replied: "Because it is." Incredibly unprofessional! This just shows me that there's no specific reason other than to rip customers off for another CHF 10 – for plastic bags to dispose of a raw material that was previously free. Well, then the stuff just goes back into the garbage, where it's incinerated.
