La camera era pulita e funzionava per le mie esigenze. In realtà l'hotel, in generale, era molto pulito. Considerando che si trova fuori Zurigo, il treno è situato in una posizione comoda ed è facile da navigare. Il servizio è stato impeccabile! Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato era premuroso e cordiale. Mi hanno suggerito i luoghi ideali da visitare durante il mio soggiorno. Si sono anche assicurati che avessi indicazioni dettagliate per ciascuna posizione. Sfortunatamente ho avuto un disastro con i miei bagagli. Il personale è stato empatico e ha fatto di tutto per supportarmi nelle mie sfide. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la loro gentilezza e disponibilità nel garantire che mi sentissi a mio agio. Ci tornerei sicuramente!
Prima di tutto devo dire che il servizio di pulizia era eccellente. Hanno reso la nostra camera molto ordinata anche alle 9.00. Hotel molto pulito e molto conveniente. Anche la colazione era abbastanza buona, buffet libero con frutta freschissima. L'hotel era molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Rapperswil (a 40 minuti dall'aeroporto di Zurigo).
L'hotel è moderno ed elegante. La stanza è pulita e confortevole. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. L'area colazione è molto accogliente e la qualità del cibo è buona.
Being a Bonvoy member I wisely chose the Moxy in Rapperwil. It was a great price for a mid-week, peaceful stay and from the point of entering we felt rested and welcomed. Jenna at the front desk was wonderful and had made sure personalize our room on the 6th floor with my name on the mirror and a beautifully written welcome card from the staff. The gym was wonderful and so was the outside terrace. The bedding was comfortable and the room size one of the largest Moxy rooms I have stayed in. As one knows, the lobby also serves as a bar and it was none other than the fun staff member Rafael who continued to make us the best gin tonics made with 47 Monkeys as we played several games of chess. We will absolutely stay here again and loved the view, the rest and kindness of this special property.
Nice location, but I found the hotel a bit sketchy. While it looks nice, for a regular to the Marriott branding, this hotel falls short. 1) the beds are most definitely not Marriott branded beds. They're much more thin, unsupportive, and firm (Not something I can say about other Moxy hotels I've stayed at). 2) The parking is very small and quite expensive when you compare to cheaper parking rates in Zurich. The hotel is pretty, and the rooms are well laid out and clean. The balcony on the top floor has a great view. This hotel missed the mark for regular customer service and satisfaction during my stay. However location and the physical hotel are 5/5.
The hotel is located approx 10 to 15mins walk from Rapperswil-Jona Station. There is a local bus you can take to the hotel but as we arrived late in the evening we walked which can be a little tiring if handled with luggage. Overall, the …
