Voglio lì per fare un'assicurazione perché uno dei miei amici ne ha bisogno, la signora alla reception ha mostrato un atteggiamento pessimo e ha detto aspetta, aspettiamo più di 30 minuti ma lei era al telefono e sorrideva e vuole tenersi occupata perché andiamo davvero, è davvero vergognoso per questo tipo di servizio grazie al ragazzo che è venuto e ha detto con rispetto Vieni un'altra volta se è occupato, dì Vieni un'altra volta, non c'è bisogno di sprecare tempo ad altre persone. Per favore, vai in un altro posto per l'assicurazione e il rispetto di te stesso.
Supporto perfetto in caso di sinistro. I reclami vengono gestiti rapidamente e facilmente. Consulenza eccellente, amichevole e onesta su questioni assicurative. Tutto è curato e ti senti completamente a tuo agio e sicuro.

“Very satisfied with AXA Insurance!” I've been insured with AXA for over three years now (car and personal liability insurance) and have been completely satisfied so far. The contract documents are understandable, and customer service was always friendly and easy to reach when I had questions. I was particularly impressed by the quick claims settlement after a car accident – everything was resolved within a few days. The app is also super practical for keeping track of everything.
