Il negozio è ben fornito, buone opzioni. Ma ho trovato i lavoratori decisamente scortesi. Non era chiaro se le borse costassero, quindi al checkout automatico ho messo i miei articoli in un sacchetto di carta e un lavoratore scortese si è avvicinato e mi ha detto qualcosa prima in tedesco, poi mi ha urlato in inglese "non è gratis!" Afferrò la borsa in modo aggressivo e la scannerizzò. Non aveva bisogno di essere scortese e la segnaletica che indicava che le borse non erano gratuite sarebbe stata utile.

Coop piccola ma efficiente: ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno dopo un'escursione. Il personale è gentile e ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso quando entri o esci. Il check-out automatico funziona senza intoppi e ti consente di prendere rapidamente ciò di cui hai bisogno e partire.

Buon piccolo negozio per qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno. Posizione facile. È bello avere vicino il nostro Air BNB poiché non contiene molte scorte.

I purchased fine food smoked salmon which after consuming a small portion I noticed was 3 days out of date. I went back to the shop to swap and spoke to the short/spiked hair manager. I understand mistakes can happen but after I told her there were 10 out of date on the shelf as well, she said I handed her an empty package. It was just put back the wrong way! She finally realised but still claimed I was rude, foreign idiot and that I had no manners. All in german which she didn’t realise I am fluent …

In Kandersteg for 3 days and love this little town. The local grocery is the Coop and for a small store it has everything you need. Friendly and helpful to us out of town guests. Prices were very good.

It’s okay, but the staff seems to have a problem with foreign scouts, btw some of us can understand Swiss-German gossip :)
