Ci ero sempre passato davanti, ma questa era la prima volta che lo visitavo: una scelta molto ampia di biciclette, soprattutto bici per bambini. I prezzi erano buoni rispetto ad altri posti. Abbiamo comprato gli accessori qui. Ottima selezione. Personale cordiale e competente. Torneremo!
I was cycling from Lausanne to Bern today when my front derailleur started acting up. I received immediate help and after a quick adjustment I was able to continue my tour. Thank you so much for your help.
On our bike tour, one of our bikes broke down. Not only was the inner tube damaged, but the tire was also beyond repair. After a frustrating 20 km detour, I received very friendly and efficient service at the bike shop. Afterwards, I was even allowed to borrow an e-bike to return the repaired bike to the scene of the accident. A huge thank you for your help! I highly recommend the "Velo Galerie Kerzers".
A fantastic bike shop with a workshop! The service was first-class – the team is competent and friendly. We've been bringing our racing bikes in for regular servicing for years. Minor repairs are usually carried out quickly and without any fuss. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this workshop to every cyclist!
