Avrei dovuto ascoltare le recensioni negative prima di comprare qualcosa qui. Ho acquistato un unico rullino di pellicola vendutomi con la scatola aperta. Non ho mai avuto problemi con la pellicola, ma in questa non sporgeva la pellicola, quindi NON potevo caricarla, era praticamente un rullino inutilizzabile. Sono tornato per restituirlo e il proprietario mi ha dato del bugiardo e ha detto che non avremmo mai venduto qualcosa del genere a qualcuno. Per favore, NON ANDARE QUI, il proprietario è incredibilmente scortese e infelice e ha alzato la voce contro di me, non mi ha nemmeno ascoltato.

I felt reassured after reading the reviews. I was going to buy it, but the lady’s attitude was so rude that I decided not to. I feel that her basic attitude toward business is really lacking!

I stopped in a few times today and have nothing but wonderful things to note about my experience here. The shop keeper was very kind and patient with me and my friend as we shopped. We found the prices of the souvenirs to be fairly price in direct comparison to many other shops that we’ve been to (in Grindelwald, Interlaken, Breinz, and Lauterbrunnen). We ended up returning a second time to buy a few more items before leaving town. Very nice shop. Very well organized. Kind shop keeper. Great selection.

extremely rude, almost thought the owner was joking she was so nasty, son was looking at cowbells to purchase since hapf of them were messed up and she came up, snatched it out of his hand. While my friend was checking out I sat down on a step outside and she tood us "this is a shoo, not a sitting place you have to move", then ran off another customer. Fun place to go for a laugh at how extreme she is but would not spend money there.
