Un'ottima bici ad un prezzo ragionevole; Ho potuto anche scegliere quale manubrio volevo. Purtroppo il primo aveva un problema tecnico, ma è stato sostituito immediatamente e senza problemi. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio clienti. Consiglio vivamente Hofer Bike.

Despite a very simple repair (adjusting the brake pressure), it took almost two weeks, and in the end, a personal part was even missing from the bike. It was replaced, but this whole thing reeks of unprofessionalism. Furthermore, the staff involved are completely untrained and know very little about bicycles.
Very nice salesperson...handles warranty claims without any problems. Unfortunately, their presence in the shop and their apparent expertise come across as unprofessional. Otherwise, great bikes, a bit pricey but okay.
Nice shop, very nice bicycles with a large selection. The staff are good at giving advice and helping customers. Highly recommended.
