Bellissimo negozio con vestiti adorabili. Ho comprato un paio di pantaloni, ma sfortunatamente la cassiera non poteva pagare con il telefono e avremmo dovuto aspettare che ricevesse i contanti. Per fortuna, un'altra commessa se ne è accorta e ha aperto una seconda cassa. Grazie a lei, significava che non dovevamo aspettare, soprattutto perché aspettavamo già da 5 minuti! 🙏🏻

Non vedevo davvero l'ora di indossare il mio nuovo capo, ma quando sono tornato a casa ho scoperto che l'etichetta di sicurezza era ancora attaccata. Non sarebbe dovuto succedere. Ora devo fare un viaggio speciale per tornare al negozio per rimuoverlo: incredibilmente scomodo e frustrante, soprattutto quando hai poco tempo. Quando faccio acquisti, mi aspetto che queste cose vengano controllate. Il prodotto in sé è carino, ma questa seccatura inutile ha completamente rovinato l'esperienza di acquisto.

Furthermore, I noticed that the staff's attire did not reflect the professional image one would expect from a reputable brand. Their clothing gave the impression that it would be more appropriate for an adult store than a fashion boutique. Unfortunately very unfriendly, wanted to try on a dirndl unfortunately the deputy branch manager did not separate the bust so I could not try on the dirndl which was very regrettable
