Andava tutto bene finché non hai comprato e pagato il filato. Quando ho ricevuto un rifiuto, è andata davvero male. Ho acquistato un misto RAW6 di merino e seta, una confezione da 10 matassine. Una matassa aveva il filo visibilmente difettoso rispetto alle altre, ed il suo peso era di 60g invece di 100g. Ciò significa il 40% in meno di peso! La risposta dell'azienda è stata che rifiutavano il rifiuto perché la differenza di peso è causata dall'UMIDITÀ. Riuscite ad immaginare la perdita di peso del filato pari al 40% causata dall'umidità? Nessuna risposta allo strato difettoso del filato ricevuto. Non hanno nemmeno risposto alla mia seconda e-mail. Esperienza molto triste con un filato così costoso!

I left Germany extra early. I arrived right on time at 3:40 PM. The website said it was open, but it was closed. Because of Carnival. No problem, as long as they at least advertise it properly online.

We wanted to quickly stop by the factory outlet on our way home. 4:40 PM!!!! According to the website, it's open until 5:00 PM. In short, the saleswoman stopped talking to a customer who was already there about wool and instead talked about people who were rushing in just before closing time. (20 minutes before closing time!!!!) Absolutely outrageous! As the owner, that would be grounds for me to fire her.
