Domenica mattina sono arrivato dal treno. A causa dei lavori, l'autobus locale circola solo due volte all'ora (il che significa un'attesa di 40-55 minuti). Ho chiamato il taxi del villaggio: "Al momento non siamo disponibili, riprova più tardi". Ho provato innumerevoli volte, ricevendo sempre lo stesso messaggio...! Quindi ho semplicemente aspettato l'autobus.
I'm working the late shift and called at 11 PM on a Thursday, but they never answered even though it says they're running until 12:30 AM. Last time, I had to wait 40 minutes for the taxi driver because he fell asleep and told me he'd be there in 10 minutes.
We made a reservation for 10 p.m. at lunchtime. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. After our call, we were told that the reservation had been forgotten, or rather, the time had been missed.
This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. When I called, I asked if he was nearby, and he replied that it was no problem and a colleague would pick me up in 15 minutes. When no one arrived after half an hour, I wanted to cancel the taxi, at which point he threatened to report me.
